the two men were fighting when the suspect pushed a 64-year-old victim to the ground and then drove over him with the ground. the suspect is in police custody. that victim remains in shock trauma. howard county joggers need to be aware. a man grabbed a woman on stone cloud and majors lane. the woman said the man came from behind, grabbedler breast. she screamed and the man ran off. in harford county the sheriff's office is adding extra patrols to find the person lighting bags of trash on fir and putting them on people's porches. both are said to be small fires but this is more than a nuisance and police are getting involved. the initial report of a helicopter crash that killed three people from maryland showed the pilot had trouble maintaining altitude. however, it it doesn't say why

the plane had trouble staying in the air. almost three weeks after a southeast baltimore girl claimed she was attacked by a pitbull, anne arundel animal control closed the case. >> we first introduced you to andrea chapman a few weeks ago on the heels of a pitbull attack. >> my cousin and brother tried to jump over and they fell. >> when she arrived home, the mother set out to find the dog and its owner a few blocks away. the case went awry when she called 911 and they des patched the police and there was a heated exchange between her and

the dog as owner. the police threatened to arrest her for loitering. >> i do have a witness that lives next door to her. >> that wetness said the apparent owners were threatening the victim's mother. >> all i hear is i'm going to let my dog out. get your ghetto ass down the street. >> the dog has had its shots, so she will not have to get a series of rabies shots. animal control has closed the case. >> asking if there's further information that leads us to believe that this animal is a vicious animal. they need to report that to the anne arundel county and anne arundel animal patrol. >> that dog tried to attack
